Collection available for orders of 250kg or more

Orders for a total of 250kg or more can be collected from our depot if preferred. Please contact our sales team to arrange a collection slot in advance.

Goods are loaded with a forklift therefore a flatbed, curtainside or trailer type vehicle is required for collection. We are unable to handball and are unable to load goods through the doors of a van, SUV or estate car.

Many goods are made to order and will not be available for collection without prior arrangement.

Delivery only for orders less than 250kg

Although it is not possible to collect orders for smaller quantities, delivery prices remain extremely competitive. We are working to make collections available for these orders too, apologies to any customers this affects in the meantime.

Fast delivery of Natural Hydraulic Lime, Pozzolan, Laths and Hardware

The delivery of these items are indicated on each web page and remain quick, generally next working day (when ordered before 12 noon).

Pallet deliveries

When purchasing a range of goods, items are often palletised to offer the most economical delivery. Pallets are dispatched when all items are available, this may extend the normal lead time of some items.

Delays are possible

Every effort is made to provide accurate estimates but some orders may experience delays. This applies both pallet and parcel deliveries; some consignments could be delayed by 1 - 2 days.
