We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in good time and perfect condition. All the same, we appreciate that things do go wrong from time to time. We operate a no hassle returns policy to ensure our customers a positive experience even in these rare but unfortunate situations.

This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Want to return your order?

No problem, just let us know within 14 days.

It's as simple as that. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason then notify us within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. We will exchange or refund the items appropriately providing:

  • The goods are returned within 28 days of notification
  • The goods are returned as received, in good resaleable condition

Please provide a clear photograph and description of any goods that are delivered to you damaged or in poor condition as failure to do so would indicate they were damaged in return transit.

We recommend your return is sent by recorded delivery with insurance as we cannot accept responsibility or liabilty for any damage or loss incurred on its way back to us.

Larger orders

The following applies to orders weighing more than 100kg and orders containing more than 10 units of the same item.

Made to order

Orders for quantities weighing more than 100kg are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Labour, materials and transport are provisioned to fulfil each order. In addition to significant provisioning costs, we are also unable to undertake other work at that time.

No restocking facilities

Please avoid over-ordering as we cannot offer restocking facilities.

Cooling-off period

Larger orders placed online are subject to a 24 hour cooling-off period so there is some time to cancel should you change your mind. Please let us know by email if you would like to expedite processing of your order and waive the 24 hour cooling-off period, we'll be happy to help if it's possible to do so.
