We are still open for business but some changes were necessary as we changed the way we work during the Covid-19 outbreak.

You can still place an order online. If you'd like to call, staff are available from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

The premises were closed to the public on Tuesday 17th March 2020 and will remain closed until further notice. Sadly, that also means we can't accommodate customer collections right now, orders will be delivered using our trusted carriers.

Delays Likely with Conserv® Branded Products

We are experiencing extremely high volumes of orders and some items may be delayed, namely Conserv® products such as lime mortar, lime plaster, lime render and lime wash.

We are working to increase capacity and expect to remove delays soon.

Further Delays with Deliveries

We are experiencing a significant number of delays with deliveries, many consignments are delayed by 1 - 2 days at this moment in time. This is a nationwide problem acknowledged by all major carriers and could affect all orders (including Secil, Limelite, Tarmac, hessian, laths and other tools and products). It is widely acknowledged that carriers handle up to 40% more consignments while faced with staff shortages, often at short notice due to Covid isolation.
